End of Tenancy Cleaning

If you are moving out of a rented property, or are selling your home, then an End-of-Tenancy Clean is an absolute must! Our staff will ensure that your property is left in a pristine condition.

Regular Home Cleaning

So, what’s included in our End of Tenancy Cleaning Service? Here is our standard checklist below…

Kitchen & Utility Areas

– all woodwork (doors, skirting boards, door frames, tops of door frames) cleaned
– radiators cleaned
– window frame and window cleaned
– cobwebs removed
– outside/inside of kitchen cupboards (including top and bottom) cleaned
– all surfaces sanitised
– appliances cleaned – fridge, freezer (must be defrosted prior to arrival), washing machine and dishwasher

– oven cleaning is an optional extra (please let us know if you require this at point of booking)
– hob, sink and extractor fan areas cleaned and polished
– splashback areas cleaned
– all chrome and stainless steel cleaned and polished
– general dusting where necessary
– sockets and light switches cleaned
– bin emptied
– floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathroom, Ensuite & WC Areas

– all sanitary ware thoroughly cleaned (includes bath, shower areas, sinks, plugholes and toilets)
– all woodwork cleaned
– radiators/towel rails cleaned and polished
– cobwebs removed
– window and window frame cleaned
– general surfaces sanitised
– switches cleaned
– chrome, stainless steel, glass and mirrors polished
– floors vacuumed and mopped

Living Areas, Hallways and Bedroom Areas:

– all woodwork cleaned
– windows and window frames cleaned
– radiators cleaned
– cobwebs removed
– where possible, furniture moved to clean behind and underneath

– inside of drawers/wardrobes cleaned
– all surfaces, pictures and ornaments dusted
– switches cleaned
– glass, chrome and mirrors polished
– bins emptied where necessary
– floors vacuumed and mopped where necessary



Studio flats/one bedroom apartments: minimum booking time of 3 hours for two members of staff.

Two bedroom flats/houses: minimum booking time of 4 hours for two members of staff.

Three & four bedroom flats/houses: minimum booking time of 5 hours for two members of staff.

Five bedroom flats/houses: minimum booking time of 6 hours for two members of staff.

  • Additional time needed to complete work to customer specification, will be charged per hour/per cleaner.
